WRITE IN GUEST BOOKOttimo Hotel rapporto qualità prezzo, la posizione è strategica, vicinissimo alla metropolitana e al centro di Londra, immerso in un quartiere residenziale stupendo. Camere essenziali, pulite e con Wi-Fi e prese usb, colazione semplice ( forse l’unica cosa che si potrebbe veramente migliorare con poco), personale cortese. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliarlo se non avete esigenze e aspettative particolari. Gabriele

Roger Smith ( 06-11-2019 )Enjoyable work stay. Ideal location away from the busy restaurant and bar areas (quiet) and walking distance to tube/train stations. Lovely room, very clean with everything I needed. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and power shower. The breakfast is continental type which works for me, with a choice of cereals, bread, toast, jams, cheese and ham. All fresh and very nice. Very reasonably priced for the area too. Thank you.
Christine Baker ( 31-10-2019 )Es la segunda que vez que estamos y lo voy a recomendar, pero hay dos cosas que mejoría: las ventanas, cambiar por otras para que no se oiga el ruido de los coches, y no pierdan el encanto de la calle tan fantástica donde está ubicado y 2 el desayuno, algo de mayor variedad en fruta y salado.

By the way, I have stayed here twice and must say this hotel is highly recommended for accomodation in London. And great thanks to friendly staff)

All communication with the management is perfect, everyone from the staff is friendly, professional showing hospitality and really good level of service. The room was clean, with all facilities ready to use. Reception desk provided all necessary information. The location of the hotel is perfect, good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, underground , shopping, centre is in a walking distance. Breakfast served in time and with a good assortment. Highly recommend.

Only breakfast was pretty basic - it would be nice to have boiled eggs and some veggies. Overall staying at Chelsea House Hotel made my experience in London agreeable and smooth and I will recommend the hotel to my friends!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the en suite bathroom was perfect. Staff were helpful and we appreciated the convenience of being able to park at the front of the hotel for £20 a day.
